Rebecca comes from a long line of talented family cooks and bakers, though she was a late culinary bloomer. But she finally channeled her lifelong love of cookies into baking for friends and family. In her experience, there’s nothing more precious than the smile someone has when they bite into a yummy cookie or dessert. Inspired by this deep, inner happiness, Rebecca created The Cookie Lab so she could spread joy, one cookie at a time. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, watching Gilmore Girls, and spending time with her husband and dog.
Rory CFO (Chief Fun Officer)
Rory is Rebecca’s three-year-old Labrador Retriever, and the adorable pup who inspired The Cookie Lab logo! The living embodiment of fun and happiness, Rory keeps the business running smoothly. She ensures Rebecca takes breaks for walks and playing fetch, and gets plenty of tail wags and kisses every day.
